Cuzieu is a village lying on the Coise, the river, which gave its name to the village (from the Celtic word : couse). In the 12th century, a seigniorial castle was built in Cuzieu and the building which replaced it still dominates the village.
Description
From the park which surrounds it, or from the shady square, it is possible to access the 15th century church. The village has about ten crosses, the oldest of which dates from the 16th and 17th centuries.
